Flying home from Europe – first the mountains of Greenland and finally the beautiful sight of Mt. Rainier and then we knew we were home!

Glad to all be back together again – Cooper didn’t even need to steal the flashlight to get attention.

  10. Welcome home, family! I love the smiles and sparklers and I had wondered where Cooper and Simone were at. They just look so happy to be back home. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

    1. It’s so funny to do a big trip at the beginning of the summer — and then get to enjoy the rest. Perhaps you all are feeling the same? Nice to be home though, right?!

      1. Yes, it’s nice to still have plenty of summer left after a getaway. 😊 Due to how Labour Day fell this summer, it appears the kids get 1 extra week off too!

  16. I knew about “The Cat in the Hat,” but not in a box! Your family doesn’t look worse for the wear, Wynne. I imagine the smiles tell the tale. As for the sign, Camus is an interesting author, not one who appears on church signs very often. I am glad he has finally had his day there.

  24. Welcome home! My biggest regret about my trip to the PNW in April? Choosing an aisle seat over a window seat. I realized the error of my ways as we were taking off from PDX just as the sun was rising, bathing the Cascade peaks in a beautiful orange light. Lesson learned: nothing but windows from now on!
