“A Joyful face is always a beautiful face.” – Sadhguru

Cooper’s playdate dog buddy turned 1 and Cooper was “that guy” at the birthday party. He horned in on the other dog’s ice cream, stuck his nose in the camera, and stole party hats.

And then figured out that his purpose in life is to be a professional keep away player.

Speaking of goals – the kids achieved some climbing up and also lying down.

Biking, puddles, balloons and ties.

A carpet of blossoms — and a sign that’s missing a very important, “a.”
What a sweet face on your son! Cooper has a lot of tricks, but I guess they don’t fit up his sleeve unless someone buys him a shirt. Thanks, Wynne.

Well, he stole a shirt yesterday so maybe that’s where he’s keeping all these tricks! 🙂

Lol, what a cute bunch of photos! I was laughing when you called Cooper “that guy”! So cute!

Now I’m giggling again too. Maybe it’s a phase thing but he’s pure TRUBL with a side of cuteness!

It sounds like Cooper is in danger of being blacklisted from birthday parties from now on! 😂

Cooper is such a goof! He also has some kind of treasure to carry around with him. 😂

He reminded my of my parents’ late golden retriever mutt who passed too soon… always wanting to be in the middle of things! Aside from when he’s getting into mischief and eating homework, I bet Miss O and Mr D enjoy having a fluffy friend around. 🐕

Be in the middle of things. Well said, Erin. Yes, Mr D and Miss O love our big galoot!!

I caught a goose couple and their babies this week, too. But Cooper and the kids—priceless!

Ziggy…Ziggy the dog buddy had a birthday and he’s ONLY one-year old? He and Cooper sure do cause a ton of commotion when they’re together…from the things I’ve heard and sometimes caught a glimpse of. I can only imagine what a doggo birthday party was like! Thanks for the Saturday smiles all around. So good! 🥰

I bet Angus was just like Cooper – always looking pretty darn happy and smug! Yes, hats off to my neighbor who invited us over for the puppy party! 🙂

What beautiful and adorable pictures. Cooper stole more than the ice cream and party that day, I bet lots of hearts were also stolen. 💕

Well, Cooper sure knows he’s a star! Love the look on his face in photo #1. And the muddy paw prints on the deck remind me of the movie The Lake House. 🙂

I don’t know that movie – will have to check it out. But yes, I think Cooper knows he gets by on his looks! Thanks, Susan!

That Cooper! There’s something about ultra close-up photos of pets that always makes me laugh. That cute nose right in the camera. What a character!

Awww Cooper, you cute thing, doing all the things. 😆 Love it! I’ve had my daughter’s doggie this weekend. At 8 months old and rambunctious, it’s been so much fun.
And the kids – such great pics Wynne. So many good memories. Great week!

Love that you have a pup this weekend too, Alegria. They are fun (and exhausting), aren’t they?

Oh gosh yes, both! We’ve always had dogs until a couple of years ago. Then my eldest got a dog last fall. It’s been busy and fun. I love having him and I’m also happy when he leaves. Honestly the best of both worlds, since he’s not my responsibility. I just get to have fun. 😄

Enjoyed the photos. The dog is adorable. Almost makes me want to get one again. “Almost.” Too old to really want to take on the responsibility of a pet. As always, your little boy is so cute! Want to just reach through the screen and give him a hug.

Ah yes, I can understand the “almost,” Barb! Cute is fun to share but not always have! 🙂

The sign is also missing an ED. Equally important if you ask me!

Good point! That looked like a space issue but the missing “a” changes the whole meaning!
