It’s not hard to guess why her nickname is “Cheery-O!”
Miss O comes from a long line of dog lovers/walkers!
I thought we lived in a free and fair household but it turns out there is a master puppeteer behind the scenes!
Wow – Christmas is amazing! I think Miss O is enjoying it but she looks a little stunned. Thankfully all of her favorite people (well, not Santa) have been with her to make it fun!
The rule book says that the feet must come into contact with the ground when going between two pieces of furniture. Safe travels to everyone with their holiday travels!
Simon is on his Thank You tour. Fortunately for the neighborhood, Prozac has helped curb his tendencies for bullying, inappropriate comments (marking) and poking his nose where it doesn’t belong!
Congrats to the Seahawks on winning the division. We weren’t sure whether we were watching the Grinch Xmas special or the Seahawks but those “action green” uniforms got in done!
It’s a miracle! While I could mean life itself or the celebration of the Christmas season, I’m really just focused on the miracle that I got Miss O to leave my hat on long enough to take a picture where you can see “Life is Good.” Which is also true!

This letter I received from our outgoing President reminds me that love takes work. Too often I vote and then whether I like or dislike the outcome, forget that this country is a collective responsibility. When we are in relationships, have families, and adopt pets, those loves are made deeper by the messy, day-to-day, fun and real process of growing together. What about love of country?
President Obama reminds me that the health of this country is determined by the participation of individuals. If I’m worried about the direction of the country, it seems to me that the real antidote is to find a way to grow a healthier community. We all can make a difference, right?
