“Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” – Babe Ruth

A warm Sunday Mariner’s Game. It was so fun to see how much more interested Mr. D was in the game now that he’s playing Little League. Or maybe just because he has a foam finger now.

Basking in the sun light. Of course Cooper might only be in the sun spot because there’s a snake in his bed. But he doesn’t look too worried.

Inspiration to keep fighting to make the world as it should be. And enjoy when a moment is just as it should be.
the foam finger is a game changer and never give up trying to make the world as it should be!

Fun pics! When I was eight, I thought foam fingers were awesome- and now that I’m 55 I still think they’re awesome! 🤩😎🤩

Make me three. I’m with Beth and Todd. Little League is awesome, but oh yes, the mysterious power of a foam finger. It’s definitely responsible for his interest in the game! The only thing that beats it: ice cream in a miniature baseball helmet! Go Mariners!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣⚾️⚾️

Oh my — ice cream in a helmet! Wowsa – that’s taking it up a notch!

A real live MLB game. Has your Mom of the Year Award come in the mail yet? I’m sure it will be there any day now. Very cool.

Oh….that pic of Mr. D in motion and the sun streaks. Of course I love all of the ‘pics of the week’ but there’s always a scene-stealer and although it was a tough choice, I can see you looking back – fondly – at that Mr. D moment for years to come. xo! 🥰🥰🥰

I love the chain around Mr D’s neck. He looks so gangster with that and the foam finger. How fun to enjoy a crowded ball game!
And so happy to see spaces fighting and resisting back against the current administration’s rhetoric!

Oh, Mr D is going to love your gangster comment, Ab!
Yes, we have plenty of fight in this area of the country!

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday (or any) afternoon but at the ballpark rooting on your favorite team with a foam finger! Especially along the third baseline. Your sign of the week is always a thought provoker. Have a wonderful weekend. I remind myself a lot can happen in three days. You just gotta believe. Peace.

Clay, I love how you tied the sign to Easter. You are right – You just gotta believe! So good.
We were lucky to have those seats. Mr. D loved watching the third base coach – so entertaining!

When I saw a game at TMobile in May of ‘23 that’s where I sat. It’s behind the visiting team’s dugout. Got a selfie with the Astros on field reporter! I have vivid memories of my day and a half visit!

I’m pretty sure Cooper is the one that put the snake in his bed… 🙂 Happy Easter, Belinda!

Maybe it all starts with a foam finger. The dream begins somewhere.

I don’t know which is better: a foam finger or a cheesehead. Maybe you need them both for the full effect. Glad you got to see a baseball game. That’s on our summer wishlist too!

It looks like a very nice day in the park, and of course, Mr. D and Miss O are dressed for success. I love Cooper, he’s definitely enjoying that warm spot. That’s a very interesting quote by Angela Davis. I didn’t know who she was, so I had to look her up. Great photos, Wynne.
